Ausplas is Australia’s national expo for the plastics processing industry and trade users of plastics products is held only every three years. Visitors travel to Ausplas from across Australia and from New Zealand and other near-neighbour countries in Asia Pacific. 5518 trade visitors attended in 2005.
Once again the display of equipment in operation will be a feature with emphasis this year on all electric injection moulding machines from Asia and Europe. Also thermoforming, rotational casting, blow moulding bag/pouch-making, polyurethane systems, and extrusion. Around half of the exhibits will have working displays - many are new to Australia.
Other exhibitor categories include materials and masterbatches, ancillary equipment, recycling and regeneration-resource recovery energy efficiencies, tools and dies, parts and systems, testing and measuring, semi finishing equipment and a large range of trade related finished product from overseas.
Ausplas provides a window to the latest practical developments in processing equipment, technology and applications from leading suppliers around the world.
